I'm still on the CT at Scrap the Girls, - thanks Kate - & this month's challenge is one of Kate's great sketches which are soooooo good to work with - keep it simple or fussy it up - just remember - it's all about the girls.

Over at Scrapboutique we are welcoming Sonia Thomason to the Stylist team. Sonia replaces the lovely Em Stafrace, who is eagerly awaiting the birth of her first bubba this month.

IT'S HAPPENED!!!!!

I've finally scrapped my first LO for the year!!!!



It was for my sketch challenge at Scrapboutique's Refreshing CC on the weekend.

And this afternoon I've completed last month's Christmas LOs for our yearly album, just in time for this year's first class on Friday night.

AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

We had such a great family Christmas & New Year - I still feel on a high from it all!!!! And this year is just travelling along fine so far LOL.

I have been busy filling my December Daily journal, which has been lots of fun, particularly as I have scrapped most of it over two different days at Teresa's. I'm up to Day 25.....Christmas Day of course!!! And I'm not starting any other scrapping until I have the journal completed.

That in a blink of an eye....it's December?????

What happened to September, October & November I wonder???

At Scrap The Girls this month, the challenge is:

Using complementary colours.....
Create your layout using only ONE set of your choice from the following sets of complementary colours

red and green
blue and orange
yellow and violet

You may also use small amounts of neutral colours (eg. black, white, cream & kraft)
remember girls only!

I went with the Yellow & Violet combo, & scrapped this when I was on Retreat at Darlington Beach with the Scrapboutique girls.
